Qualtrexiequazli provides interior décor and styling services, including design consultation, space planning, furniture selection, and product sourcing. We also offer curated interior décor products for purchase.

We strive to provide accurate information about our interior décor products in accordance with German consumer protection laws. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
As a consumer in Germany, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
All prices for services and products are listed in Euros (€). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or purchase confirmations.

Our liability is limited in accordance with German law. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory legal provisions (e.g., under the German Product Liability Act) require otherwise. For slight negligence, we are liable only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and our liability in such cases is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
For consumers, the above limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or to damages resulting from breach of essential contractual obligations or from fraudulent intent.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany, provided that the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or a public-law special fund.
For consumers, the place of jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).
